Asus M4A78LT-M AMD Motherboard
This motherboard supports AMD AM3 multi-core processors with unique L3 cache and delivers better overclocking capabilities with less power consumption. It features dual-channel DDR3 memory support and accelerates data transfer rate up to 5200MT/s via HyperTransport 3.0 based system bus. This motherboard also supports AMD CPUs in the 45nm manufacturing process.
The motherboard supports DDR3 memory that features data transfer rates of 1800+(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 MHz to meet the higher bandwidth requirements of the latest operation system, 3D graphics, multimedia, and Internet applications. Super upgrade for my media center, a very good thing for such money, 1080p HD video without problems show full of power, and no graphics cards. Belongs games good graphics card and RAM memory, go ahead. I like it, thanks.

The Phenom X2 black edition is known for being unlockable, effectively giving you an X3 or X4 cpu. The Asus board allows very straight forward unlocking. I've had success with this bundle, unlocking the two extra cores. Load tested at 100% for twenty four hours with no issues at all. Excellent value for money!

Very easy to install, and amazingly fast. i upgraded form a pentium 4 runnin very slow ddr2 ram. this is a great bundle still amazed by the performance difference. would diffently recommend to anyone

lost a point on easy to use because they dont tell you the cpu comes with a cooling fan.heads up only one ide connector on motherboard so get them sata drives ready.but otherwise great bundle.great price.ordered thursday night was on my doorstep monday morning.and been using dabs for almost ten years now and always been looked after. for pc bits i dont go anywhere eles

What can I say?
Easy to install.
Superb speed.
Delivery took a long time but that was due to the weather.
This is defo the route to go to upgrade your old P4.
