Fast and cool
Reviewed by Gerry. Review Posted 06/09/2009
Scores 5.6 on Windows Vista Experience Index (compared with 5.2 for my previous E2180 processor). At around 36 deg C its also running about 20 degrees C cooler than that processor. Overclocking to 3 ghz on the standard cooler, brought no problem. Others say it'll run much faster, but I'm happy with it at the standard speed of 2.6ghz. Maybe the best processor bargain at present, particularly with its spectacular overclocking abilities if needed. I see no reason for any further upgrade in the foreseeable future!

E5200 2.5 GHZ
Reviewed by terrastac. Review Posted 04/12/2009
I bought the one before this one 2.5 not 2.66 and I am running it at 3.75 GHz just by asking it to thats a 50% over clock. I do have a ASUS p5Q PRO TURBO MOBO and A 650W PSU but this is fast for the £50 asking price if you are on a tight budget. When Then E8400 gets to this price but it but for now buy these if you have no money get a good HSF like an Arctic cooling and its easy.
