bought xps m1530 from ebay and decided to get it tuned up. result is great. love it! laptop is now way more resposive, starts quite fast, performance is great.

Best bit of kit I've ever bought...

Last year I built myself a new tower, replacing my 6 year old dell system. Went from 32bit to 64bit and got myself a nice system with 12GB of RAM. Big improvement, was very happy. Last month I bought this SSD drive to load my OS. Windows experience (if you can trust that as a benchmark) went from around 5 to 7+. I was using a WD black 7200 1TB drive. Anyway bought this last month. Installed the OS and main apps on it. Oh my god the difference. Boot up has gone from around 55 secs to 15 secs. There is no lag when starting apps. Eclipse is super quick. Should have bought this years ago!

I love it, but...

I chose this as my OS/Swap Disk for PS and Lightroom.
It performs incredibly well, and looks good, and combined with other components makes me boot in roughly ten seconds.
The biggest gripe about this disk is that it does not come with a mounting bracket like with the other OCZ SSDs. Instead they want to charge £14.99 for a kit.
Apart from the lack of mounting solution, and the fairly cheap looking packaging, this disk is a performer, and I am loving every second of it. It is my first SSD, and I look forward to putting it to serious use with Photoshop and Lightroom.

100% PoS should burn in hell

After constant BSOD's for the last three months, I've done my research online to find out their pure sh*t. OCZ are terrible for quality, only good speed WHEN it works.
I'm going for Intel or Crucial as they have 100% perfect reviews.
