I've only used this the once, to install Windows on a new PC, but it worked, and I had no issues with it. Installation was easy and the thing hasn't caused me any problems.
I can't comment on noise or any other issues because of lack of extended use, but I've had it a few months now, so there was no use waiting to review any longer.

This is very much a value product. I have only one complaint so assume everything I don't mention is fine.
Pros - Good value for money
Cons - Very noisy... even while at idle spin.
