I use this HDD to store my movies, games,pics etc. For OS Samsung 830.
I've bought my first one a year ago, no probs so far, very quit and cool as others have stated 2. Got myself second,so far like the first one. Happy customer here.
Wish it was a bit cheaper as they used to be but for around 100 euro I've paid is not that bad for 2TB of safely stored data.

I have been using one of these drives for some time, they are absolutely superb. Surprisingly fast, and of course masses and masses of room. Quiet and cool too, and now they are ridiculously cheap. What more do you need?

Have one of these with 4200 hours on it; totally flawless. Very quiet - almost inaudible - and cool in use. Also have two of the slightly older WD20EARS drives and a WD10EARS all with over 10k hours apiece and again absolutely perfect. I've problems with Samsung F1 drives in the past but all of my WDs have been perfect.
