Small, secure, high-capacity, portable HDD

Bought this unit about 2-3 months ago, and am using it (although not intensively) as a backup unit.
Pros:
+ very compact
+ high-capacity
+ USB-powered
+ built-in easy-to-use encryption
(none of the above single features are unique, but the combination is rare, if not unique)
+ seems to be fairly quick
Cons:
- not cheap
- shiny black surface is trendy, but easily scratched. Rubberised protective finish would be much better, at little extra production cost
- the virtual cd is a little annoying, but relatively easy to ignore
Unlike other reviewers, no probs with the USB connection. Maybe there are some faulty units out there, possibly returnable under warranty.
